Up on the hill above Drogheda, this is the town's folk museum with a working guild-banner collection and displays of old trades and everyday life. The real draw for children is climbing the Martello Tower for the view right across the town and the Boyne. The tower was shelled in the 1922 Civil War, and they tell that story well. Best for roughly 7 to 13.
