Ireland's longest off-road walking and cycling trail, running 42km from Westport to Achill along the old railway line. It's flat, traffic-free and buggy and bike friendly, so you can do a gentle stretch with little ones or a longer leg with older kids. Newport and Mulranny are handy places to start. Free, and glorious on a clear day.
